This website (the " Website ") is operated by Nam Wah Precision Products (Hong Kong) Limited (" NAM WAH ").   By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use (the " Terms of Use ").   The Terms of Use govern your use of all areas of the Website and all third party websites accessed through the Website (the " External Websites ").   If you do not agree to any of the Terms of Use, you must cease accessing and using the Website.

(a) The Website and the information and materials made available on or through the Website (the " Content ") is made available for information purposes only.   You are only permitted to use the Content for personal and non-commercial use.
(b) The Content is not intended to constitute an offer or solicitation with respect to any securities offered by NAM WAH.

(a) You use the Website at your own risk.   You bear all risks associated with the use of the Content, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such Content.

Registration

(a) You may be entitled to register with NAM WAH to obtain access to certain parts of the Website or to obtain additional information and materials.
(b) Where you register you:

(i)  must provide NAM WAH with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information; (ii)  must keep confidential and safeguard any user name and password which NAM WAH provides to you; and (iii)  authorize NAM WAH to assume that any person using the Website with your user name and password is either you or a person authorized to act for you on your behalf.

(c) NAM WAH will not be responsible for any Losses (as defined below) that you suffer as a result of any unauthorized use of your user name and password. (d) You agree to immediately notify NAM WAH of any unauthorized use of your user name or password or any other breach of security and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. (e) You may cancel any such registration by notice in writing to NAM WAH.   NAM WAH may cancel your registration at any time without showing cause.

No Warranties

(a) Every care has been taken in the compilation of the Content.   However, to the extent permitted by law, NAM WAH does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, currency, suitability, completeness, legality, reliability or usefulness of the Content.
(b) To the extent permitted by law, NAM WAH expressly excludes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or non-infringement relating to the Website, any External Websites or the Content. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, but allows the limitation of liability in respect of such warranties, then NAM WAH limits its liability to the full extent permitted by law.
(c) NAM WAH does not warrant that access to or use of the Website or any External Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Content will be free from errors, viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful code.  

Limitation of Liability

(a) NAM WAH is not responsible for any losses, damages, costs or expenses, including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss or corruption of data and loss of profits, bargain or opportunity (" Losses "), arising out of your access to or use of the Website or your use of or reliance upon the Content.
(b) NAM WAH does not assume responsibility for any Losses incurred by you arising out of temporary service suspension or termination, broken links or images on the Website or resulting from the download of viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful code from the Website.   If a jurisdiction does not allow such limitations of liability, but allows some other form of the limitation of liability, then NAM WAH limits its liability to such extent.

(a) The External Websites accessible through links directed from the Website that are not within the NAM WAH domain are not under the control of NAM WAH.   NAM WAH has not reviewed all of the External Websites and is not responsible for the information or materials made available on or through such External Websites from time-to-time.
(b) Links to the External Websites are provided for your convenience only.   By linking to the External Websites, NAM WAH does not endorse or promote the owners or operators of such Websites or any products or services displayed on, or made available through, them.
(c) Your correspondence or dealings with any third party owner or operator of an External Website are solely between you and that third party and you agree that NAM WAH will not be liable for Losses arising out of such dealings.

(a) You acknowledge that either NAM WAH or a third party holds all intellectual property rights (including copyright, trade marks, service marks, patents, designs, business names, domain names and goodwill) (" Intellectual Property Rights ")   in the Content, including but not limited to, logos, text, software, photos, video, graphics and audio, unless otherwise stated.

(a) The Website is controlled and operated by NAM WAH, in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China.
(b) NAM WAH does not warrant that products and services on this website are appropriate for, or available for purchase or use in, any other locations.
(c) Users who choose to visit this website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Miscellaneous

(a) These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.   You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
(b) Translations of the Terms of Use into languages other than English are provided for information purposes only.   The English language version of these Terms of Use will prevail over any translations of the Terms of Use into other languages.
